A PPH spray tower is a vertical chamber that facilitates mass transfer between a gas stream and a liquid spray for pollution abatement. Its operation is based on direct impingement scrubbing.
Key features include adjustable liquid flow rates, low-pressure drop design, and easy maintenance access for reliable long-term operation.

Working Principle
The first step: Exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct. After the packing layer, the waste gas and sodium hydroxide absorption solution fully contact, absorption and neutralization reaction.
The second step: After the absorption liquid is increased by the bottom pump, it is sprayed down to the top of the tower, and then returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling.
The third step: the purified acid fog exhaust gas can be discharged locally, and the standard discharge requirements are in line with the discharge standards.
